Lost & Found Take a virtual tour
Following all performances and events in the War Memorial Opera House, Davies Symphony Hall, Herbst Theatre and The Green Room, unclaimed items are taken to the War Memorial and Performing Arts Center Main Office at 401 Van Ness, Room 110. While we make every effort to reunite you with your property as quickly as possible, please note that it can take 2 or more days for items from our venues to be brought to the Main Office, sorted, and catalogued.
Lost items are retained for a period of 30 days from the date they are found, after which they are donated to local charities.
Lost and Found hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed on weekends and city holidays. Lost items may be claimed by appointment. To see if your lost item has been found, and to set an appointment, please call 415.621.6600 or email WMPAC-LostAndFound@sfgov.org. Please do not send multiple emails or leave duplicate voicemail messages. These slow our ability to provide efficient services to you and other guests.
